Production
For this project I acted as the lead draftsman. When this project landed in our lap I was tasked with figuring out how to design all of the letters in such a massive display. I was still headng the CNC at the time, so thats the angle I approched this project from. It required a lot of problem solving to create such large letters, but the end result was well worth it!
In the world of window displays we work under extremely strict and tight deadlines. Efficiency, communication and attention to detail all need to be at 100% for each project. This project tested my ability to manage a team. Once we entered the execution phase I oversaw assigning roles and keeping us on tract to meet the deadline.
