A lot goes into getting a business up and running. Strategic problem solving, vision and creative direction were all hats that I wore during this process.
We even have a subsection called Galleries where we put on monthly art shows
I majored in industrial design where I excelled at pitching ideas for various teams and products. I discovered that I had a natural talent for selling ideas a developing relationships. Early on into my career, I was selected to fill a project managerial role for a leading display company. I immediately fell in love with every aspect of the job. I Like systems, goals and fast paced environments which makes management an extremely rewarding process. Seeing a project all the way through with a team of people makes every experience feel like an adventure not a job. After that I went on to found my own company -this was super fun and I learned a lot about the business side of things-. With my new perspective from a business ownership lense, I went on to a short stint as project director but was ultimately selected to fill an opening as operations director. I found that this is where I belonged.
